Since I was responsible for the background drawing, the animation of opening the door was also within the scope of my work. First, I drew the rough sketch, and then refined the line drawing.

The Final Work

Since it was a transition from an empty shot to opening the door, the scene changed from dark to bright. And the illuminated part gradually brightens and expands as the door is opened.
