This was the initial background design, but in the animation, the characters seemed to be walking on the lawn rather than the road.

I added some sections of the road in the design.

Because in the animation, the background needs to move along with the movement of the characters, I made the background canvas very long so that there would be enough moving scenes for the characters to walk through.
